Is your weight loss program right for me?

Deciding on a weight loss program can be difficult with constantly revolving “trend diets” and the fact that each person is different. Taking that into consideration, the bistroMD approach is less about offering a cure-all, and more about helping you get your body back in a naturally healthy condition through the right balance of nutrients. This proven method, developed by Dr. Cederquist and her 20+ years of practice has shown to not only help you lose weight, but get more energy, and keep the weight off longer.

Our service is medically proven to have the best results within these ranges:

For Women: If you are 50 to 55 and sedentary to moderately active.

For Men: If you are 56 to 60 and sedentary to moderately active.

If you do not fall within these ranges worry not! Just contact our team and we will work with you to create a plan that will fit your unique body type and caloric needs for weight loss.

Our women’s standard plan with EATS (Essential and Tasty Snacks) provides 3 meals and 2 snacks a day for an average of 1,200 calories.

The men’s standard plan with EATS provides 3 meals and 3 snacks a day for an average 1,400 calories.
