Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 16 ounces (1 lb) flank steak, sliced into thin strips against the grain
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
• 12 slider buns such as Hawaiian sweet sliders
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the green pepper and onion and sauté the onion until soft and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Season the steak with salt and pepper then add to the skillet. Stirring occasionally, cook until almost heated through. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
4. Return cooked peppers and onion to the skillet and combine. Sprinkle shredded cheese atop and heat until it softens, about 1 minute.
5. Toast slider buns as desired. Gently spoon cheesesteak mixture into the bun and serve. For a lighter version, wrap mixture into butter lettuce leaves.

Philly Cheesesteak Eggs Rolls
An American favorite meets Asian cuisine with this Philly cheesesteak egg roll recipe! Whereas most egg rolls are fried and drenched in oil, these are baked to crispy perfection.
Use these steps to really impress your taste buds and guests:
1. Preheat over to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Follow instructions 1 through 4 of the original recipe then allow the mixture to slightly cool.
3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper then spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the center. Fold in side corners and roll, sealing edges with water or an egg wash. Repeat the process for 12 egg rolls.
4. Add egg rolls to the baking sheet and coat the tops of the rolls with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
Serve as an appetizer or pair with seasonal vegetables for a balanced meal.
