Turkey burgers, on the other hand, are a healthy alternative that even the biggest meat lovers can appreciate. The bistroMD team is spicing it up with this Jalapeño Turkey Burger recipe! We like to get creative with toppings and flavors to keep this dish interesting and to avoid food boredom.
Made with lean ground turkey and paired with low-carb condiments, these burgers will be your new favorite weeknight meal. Perfectly pair with sweet potato fries for a nutritious side that is high in fiber and delicious!
The jalapeño pepper and chipotle powder in this burger recipe add a kick for spice lovers. Tone it down by removing the seeds from the jalapeño pepper and use less chipotle powder to create just enough flavor and spice for your taste. You can freeze extra burgers to grill up at your next cookout. Top with homemade, high protein guacamole and serve on a lettuce cup for a low-carb, crowd pleaser!
